In May 2022, the Sumner County Museum announced its 10-year plan--the biggest in Museum history. This year, it's time for a detailed update.
Pistols, Petals & Pearls 2023 will be Saturday, May 20, and is presented by Beretta.

Historic Elmwood in Gallatin will once again welcome guests, where you will be able to sip a beverage and enjoy heavy hors d'oeuvres and treats from BYH while enjoying the extensive grounds of this historic home. While there, enjoy live music, see art in action by the Bugg Hollow Plein Air Painters (with art for sale benefitting the Museum), take a picture in the photo booth, sit in the outdoor lounge area, view and purchase unique pearl jewelry from Perfectly Pearls, and see select pieces from the Museum and event co-sponsors.

New this year: A silent auction with items such as limited edition alcohol, art, gift certificates and more. A game will also give guests a chance to win prizes valued up to $400.

All guests will be able a look inside Historic Elmwood and view an art exhibit to honor local artist and historian Bill Puryear.
