Candlelight Cemetery Tour

Tickets are on sale on Friday, July 17th at 10 AM!

The Gallatin City Cemetery is home to old-fashioned tombstones and towering memorials that date back to 1814.

Many of Sumner County’s most fascinating characters are buried in that cemetery.

At the Candlelight Cemetery Tour, you will hear some of their life stories as you follow the candlelit path through the cemetery. Hear the stories of Revolutionary War descendants as history comes alive from those who reside in the historic Gallatin City Cemetery in honor of America’s 250th celebration.

On Saturday, Oct. 3, tours begin at 5 p.m.; a new tour starts every five minutes. The final tour begins at 9:12 p.m.

Tickets are $15 and are sold for specific start times and will only be available for purchase online.
